Navique Passage Planner is a maritime passage-planning app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, stores, and transmits.

Information The App Uses

Navique Passage Planner may use the following information that you enter or choose to provide:

• Trip names
• Latitude and longitude coordinates for Point A, Point B, and waypoints
• Vessel name
• Vessel deviation table data
• Vessel profile information, including draft, safety clearance, tide allowance, and minimum safe depth
• Speed, set, drift, course, and route-planning values
• Saved trip data

This information is used only to provide the app’s passage-planning and route-planning functions.

Location Data

If you allow location access, the app may use your device’s current location.

The app does not use location data for tracking or advertising.

Data Stored On Your Device

All saved trips and vessel data are stored locally on your device.

The app does not require an account and does not upload your data to a developer-owned server.

Data Sent To External Services

The app may send coordinates to:

• NOAA (for magnetic variation)
• Apple Maps / MapKit (for map display)

Only required data is sent.

Tracking And Advertising

• No advertising
• No tracking
• No sale of personal data

Analytics

No third-party analytics are used.

Security

All data remains on your device.
